Maniramji Soni

Maniramji Jewellers was founded in 1938 in Dewas by Late Shri Maniram Ji Soni, known affectionately as Mannalal Ji. Son of Shri Ganpatlal Ji Soni and Smt. Radhabai, he completed his matriculation in Kota before returning to build a life of craft and service in Dewas.

He was a man defined by simplicity, honesty, and an unshakable sense of fairness, qualities that shaped how he ran his business as much as how he lived. Alongside his work in gold and silver, he was devoted to his community: an active member of the Arya Samaj at Patli Bazaar, and a participant in the city's civic life.

It was said that the fragrance of Maniram Ji's “garden” reached every corner of Dewas, a way of describing both his conduct and the business he tended with such care. That same garden flourishes today across four generations.

A respected businessman and community leader, Shri Radheshyam Ji Soni gave the name its reputation for integrity. A Commerce graduate educated in Dewas, he built the business on relationships rather than transactions, earning goodwill that still brings families back generation after generation.

His service to the community runs just as deep: five terms as President of the Dewas Sarafa Association, former President of the Swarnkar Samaj, three years as Principal of the Dewas Blind School for Girls, and a lifelong association with social and civic causes. A keen sportsman and once the district badminton champion, he is known for his warmth, his humour, and a belief the whole family lives by:

Atul Soni carried the family forward into a new era. Under his direction, the old Maniramji ki dukaan grew into a full jewellery destination with dedicated space for every kind of collection, and the family opened its Indore atelier, bringing the name to a wider community across Madhya Pradesh.

His deep knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, paired with a commitment to honest, transparent guidance, has strengthened the trust customers place in the brand. He lives by a simple principle: there is no substitute for hard work.

Joining the family business in 2024, Kashvi Soni represents its future. A graduate of Welham Girls' School, Dehradun, with a BSc in Business and Marketing from the University of London, she brings a global outlook while staying rooted in family tradition.

A GIA Certified Jewellery Designer, she leads the brand's design direction and digital presence, curating pieces that speak to a new generation without losing the soul of the name. She carries forward not just a business, but a responsibility — to honour the trust, craft, and relationships that have defined Maniramji Jewellers since 1938.
